What collateral is required to get a business loan?
The following securities are possible collateral for a business loan:
- Personal guarantee
- Parent company guarantee
- Company mortgage
- Property mortgage
- Share pledge
- Pledge of invoices
For business loans up to SEK 1 million, it is usually sufficient for one or more people on the board to enter into a guarantee commitment. For larger amounts, the bank usually requires additional collateral (such as the parent company guarantee and/or company mortgage).
