1. Information about Krea Technology

Krea Technology AB with organization number 559173-2895 ("Krea Technology") offers mediation of business loans ("the Service"). The company has approved registration with the Financial Supervisory Authority.

By creating an application through Krea Technology, you get the opportunity to compare offers and conditions offered to you from the lenders we work with. You are never bound to accept any of the loan proposals you are offered by our partners and you can always end the comparison whenever you want. No right of withdrawal is offered for the comparison when the loan comparison has started, i.e. when you create an application.

2. Credit information and information collection

When you create an application by using our service, a credit report is made on the company applying, as well as you and your possible co-applicant if you state yourself as a guarantor, at UC AB. This means that UC registers a so-called inquiry on you. Subsequently, the lenders who cooperate with Krea Technology, whose basic filter ("Filtering") that you and any co-applicants pass based on information collected about you and the information you provide, can for a limited time order a credit report about you without it being registered as a new credit report, in order to offer you a loan proposal. To be clear, this means that the lenders will take part of the same credit report that we ordered from you during the initialization of the loan application.

By submitting information about yourself or a co-applicant to Krea Technology, you accept Krea Technology's terms and conditions and at the same time ensure that the information provided is correct and that you have the required approval for the information you provide about a co-applicant. If you feel that the information we have obtained, as you have specified or that Filtering has taken place on incorrect grounds, you can contact kundservice@krea.se.

3. Personal data processing

Krea Technology is responsible for personal data and for processing personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

All processing of personal data carried out by Krea Technology is within the scope of the Service offered at https://krea.se and can be provided through landing pages or mobile applications by Krea Technology. The personal data you provide in connection with your application will be processed by Krea Technology to offer loan proposals to you.

Krea Technology's position is that your privacy is important to us and the processing of your personal data must be done securely. In our Privacy Policy, we explain how Krea Technology collects and uses your personal data. It also describes your rights and how you can assert your rights. In order for you to understand how we use your personal data, we recommend that you read our Privacy Policy carefully before using the Service.

Personal data is any information that can directly or indirectly identify a person who is alive. Examples of personal data are name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, IP number or user behavior in combination with other data in order to link it to you. Processing of personal data means all handling of personal data such as collection, analysis, registration and storage. The person in charge of personal data is responsible for ensuring that the processing takes place in accordance with the information provided about the processing and that the processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with current data protection regulations.

We save and process your personal data in order to communicate your financial situation to the parties with whom we cooperate, create a picture of the best offer for you and to be able to contact and administer the customer relationship with you.

Krea Technology records all telephone calls in order to ensure that the process takes place correctly and to document any agreements, consents or agreements. The recordings are saved until they are no longer necessary to be able to investigate errors or possible fraud, until the customer relationship ends or when we no longer have a legal obligation to keep the data.

In order to implement the Service, Krea Technology also collects information about you automatically and from third parties. This is, among other things:

  • Information about you from a credit report
  • Information on current sanctions or other high risk classification (PEP/RCA)

Other information about your use of the Service and technical data is also collected, which may include the URL that is your unique access to the Customer Portal, your IP address, unique device ID, information about network and computer performance, the type of browser, language and information about identification and operating system.

Krea Technology releases your data to the credit reference agencies, lenders and service providers that are used to fulfill the legal requirements placed on Krea Technology or to fulfill the obligations according to the Service as agreed.

Krea Technology processes the information above for the following purposes:

  • Provide the Service
  • Achieve and ensure customer awareness
  • Ensure and maintain the technical functionality of the Service
  • Improve and develop the Service and new services and products, as well as to analyze your use of the Service
  • Personalize and improve your experience of the Service
  • Notify you via post, telephone or other electronic communication (for example SMS or e-mail) linked to the Service
  • Be able to direct marketing of our products and services to you for a period of one year from the contractual relationship (you can opt out of this at any time according to point 4)
  • Inform you about updates we make to the Service and the terms of use
  • Prevent use of the Service from being misused or in violation of the terms of use
  • Meet legal requirements

4. Liability in connection with our services

Information, calculations and recommendations provided by Krea Technology are to be regarded as indicative proposals only. It is up to you to evaluate and check the information we provide about our partner's offers before entering into an agreement. Krea Technology is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is not intentionally or as a result of negligence on our part incorrect or misleading. For more information on Krea Technology's responsibility, see the Act on Currency Exchange and Other Financial Activities (lagen om valutaväxling och annan finansiell verksamhet) and the Act on Distance Agreements and Agreements Outside Business Premises (lagen om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokal).

The agreements you sign with lenders and Krea Technology's partner companies are agreements that are valid between you and the lender/partner company. Krea Technology is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs because you choose to enter into, or refrain from entering into, agreements with any of the companies that we cooperate with.

Krea Technology can never provide any guarantee or commitment, or otherwise make any commitment on behalf of any of our partners. The decision on the granting of loan offers or agreements never rests with Krea Technology

5. Marketing and cookies

Krea Technology may save your data in order to direct marketing via telephone, e-mail, SMS or other direct advertising to you for a period of one year after our last processing of your application has been completed with the information you provided and other information linked to your latest application. You can opt out of this at any time by contacting kundservice@krea.se.

You can also unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.

On our website we use cookies, i.e. a small text file that the website you visit requests to save on your computer. We use cookies in order to understand how our visitors use our website and to be able to improve the user experience of the website. There are two types of cookies, permanent and temporary (session cookies). Permanent cookies are stored as a file on your computer or mobile phone for a certain period of time, but no longer than 12 months. Session cookies are stored temporarily and disappear when you close your browser. 6. Amendments, law, contact and dispute

We reserve the right to change and update these general terms and conditions. We notify you of this by publishing the updated version on the website and/or in our privacy policy.

If the changes can be considered significant enough or affect your existing engagement with us, we may need your consent for that change, which we will then obtain from you in advance so we can offer you a chance to make a position on the change and possibly oppose you the change before it takes place.

Krea Technology's processing of personal data is regulated by Swedish law. If a dispute arises, it must be resolved by the Swedish general court as the first instance, unless no other mandatory law sets other requirements. See www.domstol.se for more information.

If you are not satisfied with our treatment or believe that we have made a mistake, you can submit your complaint to kundservice@krea.se. You can also make a complaint directly to the Swedish Consumer Agency or the Financial Supervisory Authority.
