Krea Technology AB ("Krea") helps small and medium-sized companies to get easy access to the best possible financing terms for their company. We do this by letting up to 30 banks and other lenders compete in our platform.

Krea was founded with the goal of providing small and medium-sized businesses access to the best possible financing. The major shareholders in the company are the founders and RoosGruppen AB. The Chairman of Krea Technology AB is Peter Andén.

To apply for financing from Krea, the applicant must be a signatory within the company, e.g. CEO or board member. The company must also be registered in and be active in Sweden and have a real principal registered.

Should you not be a company signatory but have a leading role in the company, you can always contact our customer service, kundservice@krea.se for assistance with the application.

We cannot help you if you are a private person or if you have a shell company, warehouse company or branch company.

Yes, as long as the basic requirements are met, it is possible to create an application even if a partner is resident abroad.

To create an application at Krea, it needs to be signed via BankID by a company signatory, so the person creating the application must have a Swedish BankID.

If the person is to be listed as a guarantor in the application, it is also important to think about where they have their income, the assessment of a guarantor is made based on the person's taxed income in Sweden. If the person has no income in Sweden in recent years, the lenders usually cannot accept that the person pays for the financing.

Unfortunately, we cannot help you with an application without the organization number being registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. Even if you have submitted your registration to the Swedish Companies Registration Office, it can take up to a month before it is completed and the information is in our systems. If you are unsure whether your company is registered yet, you can search for the organization number at the Swedish Companies Registration Office.

Yes, having a few payment remarks is quite common for businesses.

Having payment remarks, whether for you or your company, may not be an obstacle to obtaining financing for your business. Having payment remarks does not necessarily mean that your company lacks future repayment ability.

Each lender makes an individual assessment of your company's repayment capacity, and loan proposals you receive may vary depending on the nature of these remarks.

When specifying a guarantor, it means that the person becomes obligated to take over the debt if the company cannot pay voluntarily. Guarantors are usually used in cases where the company cannot meet the repayments, serving as an additional security for the lender.

In the application with Krea, we recommend that you specify yourselves as guarantors, as we have observed that it increases the likelihood of your application being approved.

In addition to you as a guarantor, other individuals in the board can also act as guarantors for all banks and other lenders. You can always specify who should be guarantors in your application.

We recommend that you include as much relevant information as possible for the lenders when creating the application.

The more relevant information the lenders receive, the more accurate the risk assessment they make, which in turn leads to them being able to give the best loan proposals.

Examples of information that is of interest to lenders are:

• Balance sheet and income statement for the last 12 months
• Additional collateral in the form of, for example, a property mortgage or business mortgage.
• That you specify at least one guarantor, where you can specify yourself or other people on the board.
• In case of larger financing needs, it is also advantageous to add a liquidity budget for the coming months.

Yes, however, only one UC is registered for your company and one UC for you if you are a guarantor.

Please note that lenders may conduct additional credit checks within the framework of loan mediation on behalf of Krea Technology AB, but these checks are NOT considered separate UC checks and do not affect your creditworthiness. This is because Krea has a partnership with UC that allows multiple lenders to access the same UC.

Lenders may sometimes obtain information from other institutions (e.g., via CreditSafe or Bisnode), but these do not impact the creditworthiness of the company or individuals listed.

A single UC does not significantly affect your company's creditworthiness. It is only if multiple UCs are taken within a short period that it may have a negative impact on creditworthiness.
